Quand on ne voit pas tout, on ne voit rien.
As the European Commission has just validated the PEFCR Apparel & Footwear—now the only recognised framework for measuring the environmental footprint of fashion and textile products—as the delegated act implementing the ESPR regulation is expected by the end of 2026, and in a context where France has been asked by the EC not to make its Ecobalyse display mandatory and has still not published its decree, this event aims to be structuring, inspiring, and constructive, in order to chart a clear path for all stakeholders.
Environmental labelling, the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and mandatory eco-design will soon reshape our industry at the crossroads of public policy, industrial innovation and societal expectations.
In this context, Glimpact is delighted to invite you to its Masterclass on Wednesday, 27 August, 9-11AM, open to all fashion and textile stakeholders (manufacturers, brands, trade bodies, NGOs, …).
Join the debate with experts behind the EU methodological framework, sector leaders who helped forge this European reference, and brands already applying it in landmark projects. Confirmed speakers include David Cormand, Member of the European Parliament and co-author of the ESPR regulation, Raynald Anquet from Lacoste, Guillaume Kretz, CEO of Chantelle, Candice Cardock from Decathlon, Marie Demaegdt from the Alliance for European Flax-Linen & Hemp, Grégory Darcy (Chantelle), and Alessandra Zamagni - Italian scientific advisor to the European Commission.
